With a url that says tied in fashion I should regularly serve up some tie style tips right? Oh well, let me begin by admitting that ties really have no real function in our formal attire. All I can think of as functional use for ties is when I was dragged out of the bar with my tie being used as rope. I’m sure most of us have been yanked by our ties by some one or the other, right? Growing up in a prep school with ties and all I really had a hard time. However, ties are the one thing that we can use to play up on our look. Any oft repeated dull suit can get that splash of color to make it all interesting with a tie. It is that area of our shirt front with which we can make a fashion statement to everyone around about our sense of style and mood. Look at it that way, and you realize ties can be a huge deal after all. For more information on ties from their history to their modern usage, you could check out the Belisi Fashions Ties site.

Do you remember the Palm Beach Celtic Tie that I put up in one of my previous posts? You know what, just scroll down to see what I mean. This Irish Celtic tie from Belisi Fashion is now on a twenty five percent off offer at the Belisi Fashions site. Need I say more? It’s a great time to snap it up and guess what? All their Green products are up for this same offer. I think I am gonna have a glance at all their green products and maybe even pick up a scarf or a pocket square for myself. The Palm Beach Celtic Tie is listed as a tie for work on the Belisi site and its definitely going to put a smile on your face for the whole day. There is even a Printed Scarf Dress in green up for sale. Maybe you need to gift something like that to a loved one? Thought I should enlighten you about other products as well as I tend to harp on Belisi Fashions ties alone most of the time. Have a look and tell me what you think about the offer. Keep shopping and stay in style; till the next post – cheerio!

I would like to mention that while the design adds value to the tie, not tying it properly can ruin the most coordinated look.
Tying a tie too tight or, too loose will mar the look to the extent that a tight knot will give the tie poor, lifeless look and if the knot is too loose, it will show up as unkempt, too relaxed ‘end-of-the-day look! Neither makes good corporate sense!
Different fabrics need to be handled individually, according to their pliability and weight.
Practice makes perfect, so keep at it till you get it right!
The belisi site offers a lot of tips on tying a tie.

It seems I am in love with paisley patterns. Again what is it with designer ties that I am so obsessed with - I guess it is the feel of richness and flamboyance that makes me go crazy over them. Three in a row and the count is still on. This one has similar bold pattern play but is in blue color. No guesses for knowing the brand, it’s Belisi Fashions; I kinda have become a fan and can’t stop myself from trying out the silk ties they have on offer. Sapphire Luxe Paisley Tie as this one is called has a rich feel and looks amazing on solid shirts, worth trying friends.

My friend asked whether Belisi silk ties in paisley prints come in other colors also. I saw this one in their web store. This is another amazing tie from Belisi. Similar pattern to the first one that I wrote about, the Palm Beach Celtic Tie has attractive paisley prints in gold and green. Looks like this one also has a rich feel and trust me it would look awesome!
